O.E.G.S., Inc. (dba Olde English Outfitters) is the sole owner of the information collected on oeoutfitters.com. Olde English Outfitters collects personally identifiable information from our users at different points on our Web site.  None of this information is shared with any third party.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). 

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you an order confirmation email to give you a record of your purchase.  We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.

We store information that we collect during your purchase as a record of your sale.  We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile. In the future we may use that information to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you.  (Again, we do not share your profile with third parties.)

We DO NOT share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties.  Any personally identifiable information retained by Olde English Outfitters will only be used for completion of transactions and future promotion by this company.

Log Files

Firearms Shipping
Firearms can only be shipped to Federal Firearms License Dealers that have been registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
