NOTE: Some of the goods which Olde English Outfitters offers for purchase may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. Olde English Outfitters is an authorized dealer of all of the goods it offers for sale, but Olde English Outfitters does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws.

Firearms Shipping
Firearms can only be shipped to Federal Firearms License Dealers that have been registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. (see separate page Firearms Purchasing Information)

WARNING: You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped via UPS Ground. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We use a standard UPS shipping calculator based on your items weight to calculate your shipping charges. We may, at our option, choose to send an item via USPS Priority Mail if you have not opted for air or express shipping. You will receive an update email when you order has been delivered to the shipper for transport that will include a tracking number so that you can monitor its progress.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Olde English Outfitters accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Olde English Gift Cards as payment for online purchases.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to an Ohio address.

PRICING AND SPECIFICATIONS

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. Not all products are available in all areas due to federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to limit product quantities.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All online returns must be accompanied by a copy of your email invoice and a return authorization (RA) number. Return authorization may be obtained by contacting sales@oeoutfitters.com. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

All non-firearm products purchased through the shopping cart may be returned in their original factory package in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price (not including shipping). Refunds will be issued by credit to your Credit Card or by company check from the store depending on your original method of payment. All returns should be sent to:

Warranty returns should be directed to the manufacturer when appropriate. Items that must be returned to Olde English should be shipped prepaid to the address above with original invoice and note regarding defect. Replacement items or refunds will be issued after defective product is received.
All firearms purchases (which must be completed via phone, fax or mail) are subject to a three (3) day inspection time limit. They must be returned to our location by your dealer no later than 10 days from receipt of shipment for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) minus a $25.00 administrative fee for the time and paperwork involved in the acquisition and disposition of a firearm.
If the package was damaged in shipment, please call our store at 1-937-667-3315 or contact us by e-mail before returning.
If we made a shipping error on your order, your return shipping (standard ground) will be reimbursed.
We normally require 1 week turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
